The objective of the project was to perform intensive research and study in identifying effective service delivery mechanism including PPP model in FSM in Lalitpur Sub- Metropolitan City (LSMC). For ENPHO (executing agency), 500B supported to: i) develop detail plan of action, ii) household and stakeholder assessment, iii) consultations with FSM entrepreneurs, iv) coordination with PIF/KUKL for integration of FSM study under the Kathmandu Valley Wastewater Management Project (KVWMP), v) assist to develop FSM business model, vi) technical backstopping to project team.
