500B Solutions prepared the City Sanitation Plan for Kohalpur Municipality through a structured, multi-stage planning process. It began with a launching workshop to engage stakeholders and define objectives. This was followed by the design of baseline data and a GIS-based sample survey to assess sanitation conditions. Based on the findings, suitable sanitation systems and service options were identified. The process concluded with the finalization of the citywide sanitation improvement plan.
