500B Solutions played a pivotal role in assessing faecal sludge management (FSM) systems in nine small towns of six Hilly and Terai districts of Nepal.

Under the direction of USAID Nepal, our specialists collaborated with the Environment and Public Health Organization (ENPHO) to conduct situational analysis, stakeholder engagements, and field investigations. The knowledge of our team helped identify important sanitation infrastructure gaps and guided strategic suggestions for upcoming FSM investments, including treatment technologies and small-urban-specific business models.
